We believe that the excitement of upgrading your space should extend all the way to your doorstep. We partner with reliable, trackable logistics providers to ensure your premium lighting and ceiling fans are delivered safely across the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Shipping Costs & Tailored Logistics
We are delighted to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over 50 EUR for our customers within the European Union.
For orders under this amount, or for deliveries outside the EU, shipping costs are not included in the product price. Depending on your location and the items selected, shipping will either be calculated automatically at checkout, or indicated as calculated after checkout.
Why calculated after checkout? Premium lighting and ceiling fans often have unique volumes and dimensions. By calculating shipping manually after your order is placed, our team can partner with our logistics network to find the absolute best balance of speed and price tailored specifically to your exact address.
Once your order is placed, we will reach out to you promptly with an optimal shipping quote. We always strive to arrange the fastest possible delivery. However, if the proposed timeline or shipping cost does not perfectly suit your needs, simply let us know, and we will immediately issue a full refund for your order.

Order Processing & Availability
Order processing and availability confirmation takes up to 24 hours.
If a product is out of stock, we will offer a custom delivery timeline based on manufacturing schedules. If the new timeline does not suit you, a full refund will be issued immediately.
Average Standard Delivery Times
- Europe: 5–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 10–21 business days
- United States: 15–25 business days

While we work with top-tier couriers, rare delays due to customs clearance or unforeseen weather can occasionally happen. We track your order every step of the way to ensure it reaches you.

Customs & Seamless EU Taxes
For deliveries within the European Union, the checkout process is entirely seamless. All applicable taxes (including VAT) are already included in your final price. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges upon delivery.
For our clients outside the EU (such as in the UK and the US), please note that any local customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are handled directly by the recipient upon arrival.
A Note on Delivery Addresses
To ensure a smooth delivery and avoid any unnecessary return shipping costs, we kindly ask that you double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package needs to be rerouted or returned due to an incorrect address or being left unclaimed, return logistics costs may be deducted from your refund.
