LUANG is een lokaal geproduceerde wandlamp, ontworpen door Faro Lab. De verlichtingscollectie Luang is geïnspireerd op de kunst en het ambacht van voorwerpen van papyrus en natuurlijke vezels in Zuidoost-Azië, en op de manier waarop daaruit met vlakke elementen volumetrische objecten met een grote poëtische uitstraling en formele complexiteit worden gecreëerd. De lamp heeft een minimalistische structuur die sterk contrasteert met de vrije, organische uitstraling van de kap. Omdat de kap geen structuur heeft en volledig uit papyrus is vervaardigd, wordt deze in zijn geheel verlicht. De kap van dit model is beige en zorgt voor een organisch licht.
