Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts from the day you receive your items.
Terms & Exceptions
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Diminished value caused by unnecessary handling may be deducted from the refund.
- Bespoke Items: Please note that custom-made or personalized lighting solutions manufactured to your specifications are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
- Process: Once submitted, our team will review the request and provide return instructions within 24-48 hours.
- Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, approved refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days.
