While rare, if we cannot fulfill an order (for example, due to an unforeseen inventory delay), we will let you know immediately and issue a full, prompt refund.

All our prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). For our clients within the European Union, all applicable VAT is already included—there are no hidden fees at checkout.
For deliveries outside the EU, please note that local customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateways.
