VXR Space is an online store operated by Di PMP Group OÜ, an Estonian registered company.

We offer reliable and trackable standard shipping for all our customers across the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Order Processing

We maintain a high inventory level, and 98% of the products shown on our website are in stock and continuously updated.

Once your order is placed, stock availability is verified and your order will be confirmed within 1 business day. After confirmation, your order will be dispatched.

Delivery Timelines & Delays

Average delivery times after dispatch:

  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 10–17 business days
  • United States: 15–25 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on the logistics provider. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by customs clearance processes, extreme weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events beyond our control.

If an item happens to be out of stock, we will provide you with an estimated production lead time. If this timeline does not suit your needs, we will issue a full refund immediately.

Packaging & Insurance

All our products are carefully and securely packaged. Additionally, every shipment is fully insured during transit to guarantee it reaches you safely.

Customs and Taxes

For orders delivered within the European Union, all taxes (including VAT) are included in the final price at checkout. No extra fees will apply upon delivery.

For deliveries outside the EU (e.g., the UK and the US), the customer is entirely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees.

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or if it is left unclaimed or refused by the customer (including refusal to pay customs duties), the customer will be responsible for all original and return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Delivery Inspection & Damages

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must report it to us at info@vxrspace.com as quickly as possible, and no later than 48 hours after receipt. Please attach clear photos and videos of the damaged item and packaging to help us process your claim and arrange a replacement quickly.
