VXR Space is an online store operated by Di PMP Group OÜ, an Estonian registered company.
We are committed to providing high-quality lighting and ceiling fans. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return guidelines are detailed below.
14-Day Return Window
You have the right to return your items within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be unused, not installed, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Note: Items made to order, customized specifically for your requirements, or clearly personalized, are excluded from the right of withdrawal unless they are defective upon arrival.
Condition of Returned Goods (Diminished Value)
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items. Items that have been installed, altered, or returned with missing components may be subject to a partial refund or rejected entirely.
Return Shipping & Fees
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not charge any restocking fees.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible for providing proof of postage. We cannot issue a refund for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and automatically applied to your original method of payment. We will also refund the standard delivery costs of your initial purchase (express shipping upgrades are non-refundable).
Damaged or Defective Goods
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any visible transport damage should be noted with the courier at the time of delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must report it to us in writing at info@vxrspace.com within 48 hours of receipt, including photographic or video evidence. In such cases, we will organize a replacement or full refund at our expense.
Warranty
Our products are covered by a standard 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
