We are dedicated to bringing premium lighting and ceiling fans into your spaces. We understand that sometimes a piece might not be the perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied, our concierge team is here to make your return process as smooth as possible.
24-Hour Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing it.
We will gladly accommodate your request and issue an immediate, full refund, provided your items have not yet been dispatched.
14-Day Peace of Mind
Take your time to decide. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund.
To ensure a seamless return, we kindly ask that items remain uninstalled, in their original condition, and safely packed in their original packaging.
Note: Custom-made or personalized items are uniquely yours and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
Return Shipping
We do not charge any restocking fees. While return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, our support team is happy to advise you on the best ways to send items back safely.
For your peace of mind, we highly recommend using a trackable courier service and retaining your proof of postage.
Prompt Refund Processing
As soon as your return reaches us and is verified, we will promptly process your refund. Funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 14 days, including the standard delivery costs of your initial purchase.

We take exceptional care in packaging our products. However, if your item arrives damaged in transit, please let us know right away.
Simply email us at info@vxrspace.com within 48 hours of delivery with a few photos or a video. We will immediately step in to organize a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
